Are You an Empath or an Autistic?
The Empath is NOT Autistic
August 29 2022
I'm incredulously watching this video of a young girl saying how she's on the spectrum of Autism. She has a diagnosis and probably medication as well.
She's talking about her sensitivities, her adherence to routines and her need for private time alone.
She thinks there's something wrong with her. I commented that she's a very advanced type of human being and there's nothing wrong with her.
Is this what they're telling kids now? That they're sick?! Nobody ever told me I was autistic. I have an autistic older brother and I suppose because of him they didn't think that I could be. I was a nervous wreck as a child because I was seeing beyond this dimension and at night was suffering from demonic attacks. That would make anyone nervous especially since I shouldered this all with no support from my family, only ridicule. This girl is saying that there's a spectrum and she would be classified as a high functioning autistic.
She said that sometimes she can't get words out of her mouth, like when she's really emotional. Sure, re-balance your chakras and those words will come flying right out. I used to have the same thing.
She's confusing being empathic with being Autistic. I'm sure hoping that her diagnosis will disappoint her and that she will continue to search for answers as to why she's different from others.
I believe some of the things she's talking about are adaptations and compensations she's made in order to fit in.
The gut issues she speaks of also come about from having a lower vibrational diet than she actually needs. Remember the food on this planet is by and large third dimensional, not 5D food. It tastes good but the benefits stop there. One thing it's loaded with salt and that alone can cause the constipation she's experiencing.
Here's a comment from Melinda: “I am 62 years old and all my life people have called me odd, quirky, unusual, or weird. Sometimes meaner things were said. Only ever diagnosed with depression and anxiety, I've never had a way to describe and accept who I am. Struggling to maintain the level of "normal" behavior others expect from you is constantly exhausting. Hearing these behaviors codified, so many I can identify with, is helpful, even comforting. Thank you for bravely sharing.” Poor Melinda's been struggling to maintain the level of “normal” behaviours others expected from her. Well Melinda, there's one way to stop doing that and that's to stop doing that and start being yourself.
Wow! 3D is so toxic!
Here's a comment from Suzie, who's 61 years old: I'm 61 yrs. of age. I've dealt with anxiety & depression most of my life, only being diagnosed as an adult. My whole life, even throughout childhood, I've felt like the odd one in a crowd/group of people. I've always been a "loner", introspective, and learned to be extra cautious in social situations. I'm often misunderstood by others, even to the point of people being offended by my words/speech. As a result they get negative with me, which then offends/hurts me. I also remember people's faces, but never names. So much so that I warn a new acquaintance of it because I know I'll forget it right away. I also do "feel deeply" about most things and can get very emotional. Some of the traits spoken of here are familiar to me. I'm wondering if I'm on the spectrum.
Look how ready these people are to call themselves damaged goods just because that's what society calls them. Wow! Could all those people be wrong? Yes, they are wrong! Doctors are wrong, shrinks are wrong and the public is wrong. Imagine calling someone on the spectrum because they don't fit in?! Wow! These poor empaths go through their lives thinking there's something wrong with them when in fact they are connected to the One through their empathy. Imagine when they start having psychic experiences, wow! They'd better get to the doctor and get some drugs to stop that because then more people will call them weird.
Listen, people call me all kinds of things but I would not give up I would not give up one iota of my life's experiences, as shitty as some were, and all of who I am now for all the gold in Africa! No way! I know there's nothing wrong with me. I'm an advanced human being who came to this planet to help it re-start its ascension process again.
It's people like these poor women's friends and family who believe they're flawed because they don't fit the mold. That kind of thinking sucks. Humans are diverse and individualistic. They're meant to be different, not all the same.
Here's Lynsey, who's 58: I'm 58 and only just realised this year that I am autistic. Now my life makes sense! Enjoy the 3D timeline, Lynsey because you're not waking up. I feel sorry for you.
Here's another one: “At 70 yrs old, I was the “weird old lady who lives at the end of the road” as neighbours would describe me. Not one doctor knew what I was going through on a daily basis and I was labeled antisocial. Nowadays, even though doctors know better about the disorder, any doctor I go to refuses this diagnosis for me due to my age, saying it’s never been documented in my medical file therefore it’s not what I have. They choose to stick with what was previously diagnosed…”unsociable and irate”. Very disheartening to me. But, fortunately, my daughter and granddaughter are diagnosed properly on the spectrum.”
Wow! The weird old lady who lives at the end of the road. I can understand empaths being angry. Why? Because they're picking up on that frequency and having to transmute it never mind they're being confronted by a world that outright rejects them. Also because empaths are of high energy they're prone to more attacks by demonic attachments. This world is infested with them and that's why you have to eschew diagnoses like these and begin to find your own answers.
The stigma behind being diagnosed with anything is crippling as it is, but then being misdiagnosed as autistic or with aspberger's when you're an empath is a travesty!
Our medical system needs new doctors. I'm sure the Light is working on bringing them into the system with the ability to properly diagnose empathy and not as being a mental illness, for God's sake. The problem with our medical system right now is its focus on the idea that there is one body: the physical body and nothing beyond that. Nothing could be further from the truth! Using this model, how could psychology be any better?
I'd love to see what would happen to me if I told some doctor that I'm not only an empath, but a consciousness from another planet who's left that body to be born here on earth. My life partner is commanding a spaceship that flies above Canada and he's trying to pick me up so we can be together on his mother ship which is named after me. Yeah, they'd be pulling out the anti-hallucination drugs PDQ. Until we have doctors that are starseeds doing this light work we will have a hard time changing this old clunker of a third dimensional medical system. By the way such a doctor is Dr Christopher Macklin who works with the Arcturians, I believe and Michael Jaco just interviewed him. You might be interested so I'll link it in.
By the way, yes, now that I think of it there is one doctor who IS an empath and her name is Dr. Judith Orloff. I'd put money that Christiane Northrup is as well but she doesn't seem focused on the subject of empathy like Dr Orloff is.
I'll link Dr Orloff's website and she has many resources to avail yourself of.
Folks, be grateful you are aware that you're a starseed or empath because otherwise you could end up like one of these unfortunate women – being rejected by everyone including yourself for being who you are.

Here we've listed traits of empaths by an expert and then some I've noted about myself. Underneath are characteristics of Autism.
My brother is autistic and he was severely limited to a certain range of emotions. He wasn't an empath that I could see. He struggles to get through life and routine is of absolute importance to him because that's how he manages. He was also taught to do it that way when he was given special ed. People can utilize system and routine for different reasons but they all have to do with overwhelm. Even normal everyday people use routine, so I don't know what the big deal is here.
As an empath I have been severely overwhelmed for most of my life and now I focus on being able to control it by using system and routines to do so.
I just see this push to diagnose people as Autistic as being done to continue the matrix of conformity. These birds are just trying to protect their cages.
1. Empaths are highly sensitive
Autism: You struggle at building and sustaining friendships.
Autism: You feel intimidated at making eye contact while speaking to someone. (because that is the path to the soul and a very intimate connection to make with someone else)
Autism: You talk a lot about a few specific topics that are close to your heart.
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric.
Autism: You are hypersensitive to sensory input like pain, sound, light, touch or smell.
2. Empaths absorb other people’s emotions
Autism: You have a emotional outburst or breakdown whenever something unfortunate or unexpected happens.
Autism: You find it hard to deal with your emotions and respond in unhealthy ways more often than not.
Autism: You struggle at building and sustaining friendships.
3. Many empaths are introverted
Autism: You struggle at building and sustaining friendships.
Autism: You prefer solitude most of the time, compared to socializing.
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric.
Autism: You are extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about certain specific interests of yours, such as, mathematics, history, books, politics, sports etc.
4. Empaths are highly intuitive
Autism: You find it challenging to understand social cues. (This I believe comes from the fact that many people lie, whether they realize it or not. I've lived with one man as an adult and I had to realize I could sense him at soul level but experience him at the physical/mental/emotional level so it was like I was living with TWO people, not one. People's behaviour is very incongruent at times but when you can sense their soul the complexity of dealing with another human can be overwhelming.)
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric. (This has to do with the fact that most people are in 3D and regard everything unlike themselves to be either wrong or witch craft of some sort).
Autism: You are hypersensitive to sensory input like pain, sound, light, touch or smell.
5. Empaths need alone time (So they can get to know themselves and who wouldn't need a break from this?)
Autism: Communication difficulties
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric.
Autism: You want to do things for yourself most of the time, instead of for others.
6. Empaths can become overwhelmed in intimate relationships
Autism: Communication difficulties
Autism: You find it challenging to understand social cues. (This I believe comes from the fact that many people lie, whether they realize it or not. I've lived with one man as an adult and I had to realize I could sense him at soul level but experience him at the physical/mental/emotional level so it was like I was living with TWO people, not one. People's behaviour is very incongruent at times but when you can sense their soul as well the complexity of dealing with another human can be overwhelming.)
Autism: You talk a lot about a few specific topics that are close to your heart.
Autism: You find it hard to understand idioms and sarcasm. (Why? Because sarcasm is anger and it's not that you don't understand it, it's that you have to deal with it being directed at you. Having to deal with others' vocalizations while dealing with the energy being emitted from them, as well as experiencing your thoughts and emotions and dealing with your energy, at the same time is overwhelming. Empaths always try to shut themselves down for these reasons. However, shutting down one's emotions and distancing themselves from their own thoughts makes for a person with little self control and no self knowledge so you might very well come across to others as odd. For this reason empaths blow up, have inappropriate reactions or yes, I've even just run away. It's too much to take sometimes.)
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric.
Autism: You are hypersensitive to sensory input like pain, sound, light, touch or smell.
7. Empaths are targets for energy vampires
Autism: You struggle at building and sustaining friendships.
Autism: You find it challenging to hold a conversation for a long time. (Our entire system is based on energy vampirism in 3D because people are poorly soul connected).
8. Empaths become replenished in nature
Autism: You find it challenging to hold a conversation for a long time.
9. Empaths have highly tuned senses
Autism: You struggle at building and sustaining friendships. (Empaths can tell a liar a mile away so who wants to get involved with someone who's going to lie to them? I don't.)
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric.
10. Empaths have huge hearts but sometimes give too much
So they become targets for energy vampires, yes.
Here are some I've identified:
Empaths are dealing with a lot of energy that can be difficult to manage.
Autism - You display repetitive behaviors and mannerisms. (This makes life less overwhelming.)
Autism - You tend to speak or make noises where you’re supposed to be quiet. (I don't have this trait but what I do notice is that there's a lot of control language being used here “when you're supposed to be” quiet for example. By the way my brother, who is actually autistic doesn't do this either.)
Autism: You find it hard to understand idioms and sarcasm. (Why because sarcasm is anger and it's not that you don't understand it, it's that you have to deal with it being directed at you. Sometimes when people don't say what they mean and use idiomatic speech, the empath will get confusing messages through their mental mind but through the emotional vibration of the other person).
Autism: You are often regarded as quirky and eccentric.
Autism: You want to do things for yourself most of the time, instead of for others.
Empaths are easily overwhelmed by life in general.
Autism - You get ticked off when things are rearranged or moved from their ‘rightful place’.
Autism - You follow a strict and rigid routine everyday, and refuse to budge from it. (I believe this gives the empath an opportunity to relieve their mind of the tension and stress they feel by doing something from memory that doesn't require higher sensitivity to do. Like my sister, who's also highly sensitive, likes to do the dishes. She won't buy a dishwasher because it's therapeutic for her.)
Autism: You react very badly if you have to make any sort of changes in your routine.
Autism: You consider yourself to be clumsy and have a hard time with coordination. (For the empath all you need is to trip once and then you believe you're fated to be a klutz for life. You are what you think you are about yourself.)
Autism: You want to do things for yourself most of the time, instead of for others.
Autism: You speak in a flat, robotic and monotonous way, which makes it hard for other people to understand what you’re saying. You speak in the same tone with everyone, be it your friends, family, colleagues and even strangers. (I've never done this but distancing yourself from your emotions would create such a response in someone. Don't think that empaths don't want to distance themselves from their emotions and yours, they certainly do! I believe there are many maladaptations to life that they create for themselves that simply draws more fire from others who think they're odd.)
Empaths Struggle with Incongruency in Others – such as facial expressions, sarcasm can be bad as well because the person is smiling while being malicious. When you can sense their soul but their outer being is chaotic this is extremely confusing.
Autism: You struggle with understanding facial expressions and body language.
Empaths often find that relating to others can be hell. They choose instead to become introverted and will even adapt many aversive behaviours in order to avoid life. When every day life feels like being thrown into the deep end with no knowledge of swimming, you learn to do what you can and tend to minimalize your exposure to others.
Psychology often works on the assumption that you're the only problem in this world and you're not. The whole world is problematic and running on a lack of information and the wrong principles. This is very hard for the empath and many others as well.
As for the anxiety and depression the empath experiences, that makes perfect sense when you don't know what's going on with you, nobody else seems to either, and everyone hates you for being different. Never mind you're sucking up everyone's negative energy, either directed towards you or not, why wouldn't you become depressed?

As for the anxiety and depression the empath experiences, that makes perfect sense when you don't know what's going on with you, nobody else seems to either, and everyone hates you for being different. Never mind you're sucking up everyone's negative energy, either directed towards you or not, why wouldn't you become depressed?
